Amanda and Chase's Grand Teton Engagement Session

Chase and Amanda's Grand Teton Engagement Session-10.jpg

On a crisp fall day this past Thursday, Amanda and Chase met me on the way up to Grand Targhee, in Alta WY and we enjoyed the late afternoon running around and generally having a blast. They had their sweet pup Josie with them and we made sure we got plenty of pictures with their sweet fur baby. I can’t wait for their wedding this next year and I LOVE how their photos turned out.

Amanda and Chase met while working together at their colleges rock wall/Outdoor Adventures and were friends long before they were a couple. Their personalities are such amazing compliments to each other. Chase is driven by adventure and the need to explore and loves being outdoors. Amanda also loves the outdoors and loves her work at a nonprofit animal rescue so she spends a lot of time around cats and dogs. As a couple they spend as much time as possible together enjoying nature and all the activities they can outside.

Chase proposed on March 24th, 2019 in Dragonfly Canyon (Moab, UT). This sweet couple had gone canyoneering in the same canyon about 5 years prior, right before they started dating. He proposed a little ways into the canyon, just above the first rappel. As soon as he proposed, Amanda heard cheering from the canyon rim and looked up to see their friends Mason and PJ. They had originally been with the couple in the canyon 5 years ago and flew out for the proposal!

This sweet couple is so amazing and these photos are some of my favorite fall images ever! Can’t wait to get the rest of these pictures to them. :)

Hugs,

Taryn
